Aaron Greenberg, Through my education in the Computer Support Technology program at the University of Cincinnati-Raymond Walters Campus, I solidified the foundation for my computer training and knowledge. Past positions working in computer lab environments have helped me develop my experience and personality in Computer Support. Hard work and dedication to my education led to being awarded Student of the Quarter for Autumn 2003. I have benefited significantly from experiences with both General Electric in the Aircraft Engine Supply Chain Department and Nationwide Insurance in the Customer Choice Distribution/Nationwide Sales Solution Department. Working with Microsoft Applications, I created many custom spreadsheets and databases that were effective in the inner workings of daily activities. I learned how to be an independent worker, as well as fine tuned my troubleshooting abilities. The large corporate environment aided my understanding of the processes in which tasks needed to be completed. The invaluable experience gained in the work world with regard to effective and efficient interactions with co-workers and customers have only strengthened the lessons learned in the classroom.
